​Kassidy Donahoe is a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Bachelor of Science from Radford University and a Master’s in Counselor Education from Bluefield University. She works with adolescents and adults, supporting those who feel overwhelmed, unheard, or unsure of where to begin.

Kassidy’s approach to therapy is grounded in authenticity, compassion, and a person‑centered philosophy that honors each client’s unique story. Her therapeutic approach integrates mindfulness, solution focused interventions, cognitive behavioral therapy, and experiential methods including art and sand play.
Her clinical areas of focus include anxiety, depression, trauma, identity exploration, self-esteem, and stress management. Kassidy is passionate about helping clients reclaim their voice, build clarity, and move toward healing that feels meaningful and self‑directed. She strives to meet each person where they are, offering a safe, validating environment for healing and self-discovery.
