Lisa Teegarden-Cabay, Ph.D., LCP, BCBA, LBA

Lisa Teegarden-Cabay, Ph.D., LCP- Child Psychologist, Licensed Clinical Psychologist, received her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Washington State University (WSU) in 1994. She completed an internship in Pediatric Psychology from Rush-Presbyterian St. Luke’s Medical Center in Chicago, followed by a post-doctoral fellowship at Arkansas Children’s Hospital and the Dennis Developmental Center in Little Rock, AR. She has specialized in child, adolescent, and family assessments and therapy since completing her training, mostly in private/group settings. Her specialties include working with children and adolescents on the Autistic Spectrum, including social skill development. She has completed training with Michele Garcia Winner and her group in California to work with the Social Thinking© ( model in group and individual settings. She also enjoys working with children, adolescents, and their parents who struggle with various emotional and behavioral disorders, utilizing primarily a cognitive-behavioral or behavioral model.
